The first Harley-Davidson motorcycle was made in 1903. It was built by William Harley and Arthur Davidson in a small wooden shed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. The motorcycle was powered by a small engine with a displacement of 116cc (7 cubic inches) and had a simple design. This marked the beginning of the iconic Harley-Davidson brand, which has since become one of the most well-known and respected motorcycle manufacturers in the world.
